With more than 25 years of legal experience, Breht provides strategic counsel on business formation, intellectual property, contracts, and compliance—while also offering deep technical insight into areas like eDiscovery, digital forensics, and metadata analysis.
Breht’s legal work is often focused on technology-related litigation and digital asset law. He advises clients on domain name disputes, trademark enforcement, copyright matters, and the legal intricacies of digital infrastructure—an area where he has developed specialized knowledge. His legal services are informed by his broader experience leading technology ventures and advising on complex digital workflows, including website analytics, API integrations, and data-driven litigation support.
Through Digital Asset Managers, Breht has supported startups, financial institutions, and enterprise clients with legal strategies that align with modern operational and digital realities. In addition to his legal practice, Breht founded Domain Licensing, where he manages a portfolio of premium domain names. Breht earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. from the University of Missouri, where he studied journalism, applied psychology, and communications. He is based in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Kansas City, and works with clients nationwide.
